Frankly I want Jocie to win, but my vote don't count. YOURS does. :)

Tomorrow, is a new year, and I intend on eating less and exercising more. I want to find some seated exercises. And I want to keep a notebook on what I eat and how much. I want to do the same for beverages too. I want to keep doing this til I weigh 161 again. I want to lose at least 30 lbs.

I am going to get an exercise app for my new iPad. (My old one bit the dust) and use it, also a water consumption app. And One note for my Android. :)

This ain't gonna be easy but I don't care. I want this. Even with my monthly order, I can order a panzo and a side... I'm thinking of getting a small caesar salad next time instead of fries... what do you think? Good goals?
